Description
Card measures 2 3/4" x 3 1/8" and has rounded corners. It has a clear plastic border around an image of a certificate declaring Wing Luke's Award of Bronze Star Medal. The image appears with black text on a white background. At the top is a star with a ribbon. The following text notes the Award to Technician Forth Grade Wing C. Luke for ground operations in the Pacific Theater of World War II in December 1 1944 through February 6 1946. It was presented on November 26 1951 and is signed by the Major General of the U.S.A. and the Acting Secretary of the Army. The image has a thin black border a star in each corner and rounded corners like the card.
