Grey light card stock pamphlets with blue printing. A & B: The pamphlets are 3 page double folded publications. On the front is a rectangular blue frame with three Chinese characters on the right. Below this is: "A MEMORIAL TO WING LUKE." Inside center is an architectural floor plan of the museum to be on 8th Ave. To the left of this is a description of its goals. On the back is a photograph of Wing Luke and a short bio and his desire to see a cultural museum.
