Invitation to Dedication of the Little Saigon Inauguration and Colonnade Dedication under the I-5 Overpass. Cream colored card stock card folded lengthwise. Black ink printing. At the top: "A Symbol of Friendship" and then an illustration of a carp and then: "We came together as a neighborhood we worked together in collaboration today we build community.
