Brown-gray cover booklet with paper cover and black printing. The booklet "The Tanaka Memorial" was published by the "Chinese National Salvation Publicity Bureau 844 Stockton St. San Francisco Cal." It is a reprint in English of a report by Japanese Premier Tanaka given to the Emperor on July 25 1927 outlining the conquest of Asia and predicting war with the U.S. and the Soviet Union. It was distributed after the 1931 Japanese invasion of Manchuria to foster support for China's defense.
