Beverages Exhibit Oral History Interview Shwe Zin and her mother share their experience and knowledge about the Burmese use of tea as a beverage as well as the use of tea leaves in making a traditional tea leaf salad. Shwe recalls her early years in refugee camps and small villages along the Thai/Burma border drinking Burmese milk tea in the early morning at her grandfather's tea shop.
