Electric rice mill from Hing Loon Seafood Restaurant, 628 S. Weller St. Brown painted cast iron with blastic parts. Japanese instructions in black and red on silver sticker and "Hing Loon" with phone number written in blue perminant marker on side. Japanese characters with dolphin on spout. 2016.024.009b Metal hopper for grinder. Two small holes near upper rim.
