Black and white photograph Group of people in a church. Large group portrait of the choir and congregation posed in the sanctuary of the Japanese Methodist Church, 1236 South Washington St. Seattle. All those pictured appear Japanese or Japanese American. Men are in suits, women in coats and hats. The occassion is believed to be an interchurch service for Issei (immigrant) members of two congregations. Paper torn at the lower center and yellowed. Photo identification researched by Ed Suguro.
