Black and white photograph of Nobie Kodama (Chan) dressed as a member of the Cherry Blossom Patrol, a marching group that did community service. She was a volunteer in the Civil Defense group at the armory in Seattle, around the beginning of WWII. After just two weeks service the Cherry Blossom Patrol members were dismissed.
