Cotton work jacket of indigo and white check pattern. Side vents with black thread at tops of vents. Front and center opening. 5 self fabric button knots with self fabric loop closures. Cuffs are from separate fabric pieces. White stitching circles collar and front panel hems and cuffs. Round neck opening - no collar.
