Bamboo hat with scene (hand painted) of beach hut and palm trees in greens and blues. Crown point reinforcement is 4-sided braided bamboo painted red on small piece of red painted canvas. Wide bamboo rim lashed into bamboo leaf brim/body. 5 circles of thread holding bamboo together. Underside unpainted bamboo leaves. Tape marked "W.P. Brown"
