Bow, Violin

Chinese fiddle bow made of bamboo slightly curved to give a bow shape. A slot at the narrower end holds a knotted end of the bowstrings. 3" from the other end is a hole through the bamboo through which the other end of the bow strings is passed and knotted. Given to the donors by friends when they were living in McLean Virginia in the 1960's.
