Satsuma ware urn. (a) Urn with round body on three curved legs with lion head masks 2 curved handles and ruffled neck. Painted scene on each side of 3 male figures in a garden. Also section of geometric wave and floral patterns. Much use of gold on the white background with some color. (b) Domed lid with lion with right paw on a ball. Various patterns on dome under lion. Mostly gold with some color in patterns.
