Description
L.C. Smith Super Speed manual typewriter made by L.C. Smith and Corona Typewriters Inc. for office use. Case is matte black finish with two glossy black bands running horizontally around case at upper keyboard level. Another glossy black band runs horizontally around case just below the carriage. "Super Speed" printed in grey on upper front carriage cover. "L.C. Smith" printed in grey on face of typewriter above keyboard. Below this there is a grey adhesive label on which printed in black is "Beck Typewriter Co. Melrose 2-6214". DAMAGE: Whitish spots on top and back of carriage cover. White and orange stains on left end of carriage cover on side panel of case just below back of carriage cover as well as along bottom of left side of case. Cap and cover missing from asterisk/hyphen key. Apostrophe and period keys do not strike.
