A rubber imprint stamp with a wooden handle. The top of the handle is labeled "4 NEW WORLD CO.". The top of the words "AMERICAN CO." are visible. The rubber stamp says: 4 NEW WORLD CO. AMERICAN CO. P.M. CHICAGO CO. The words on the stamp are backwards. This was used in connection with gambling operations.
