Xinjiang Kazak china Hat

Beige felt hat with black velvet lining fron Xinjiang China or Kazakistan. The hat is made up of four sections each embriodered with a floral outline. The four sections are sewn together leaving a three inch section at the end of each unattached to form the dome of the hat. The outside is beige felt and the inside is black felt. Two flaps result on each side and these are folded up. Black felt outlines the seams on the outside of the hat.
