Found shape fan with bamboo handle. Underwater scene in pale green with rocks 3 fish and seaweed in natural colors. Kanji "heihachibu" with artist's name in red. On the reverse is stamped "Valley Food Mart 605 Main St. Seattle 4 U.S.A.". A red stirng interwoven with bamboo splits. Imported from Japan stamped with advertising for Seattle Co. Valley Food Mart
