Miniature Banner on Pole Banner H: 18.375" W: 4.25" Pole L: 17.875" Diam: .25" Ecru colored silk (yellowed) with dark blue stripes at top in varying widths below this is a circular mon dark blue design (cherry blossom with four petals in center surrounded by 4 curved shapes surrounded by a ring at bottom are dark and light blue waves with spray; channel at top stitched to hold a dowel inside. Banner is attached to pole by a green silk braided cord. Pole is round and slightly curved painted red and white at top paper mache and sand textured wrapped band post painted in black with intervals of 3 coral colored bands. Top finial is missing and paint is flaking.
