Metal Sign for Cannery Equipment "Iron Chink" Rectangular shape sign made from iron with brass plated finish with raised frame and lettering "1927 The Iron Chink Model (G) Patented--Aug. 8 1905--Apr. 17 1906--Dec. 20 1910--July 18 1911--Aug. 6 1912--Apr. 27 1915. Apr. 17 1917--Apr. 24 1917--Oct. 23 1917--Jan. 11 1921--July 19 1921--Other patents pending. Smith Cannery Machines Co. Seattle No. 479" small steel plate between Co. & Seattle engraved with "A.P.A.asset No. 2242". Four holes for bolts two left side one on upper right and one in top middle. On the back is engrave "346" in upper left corner. Some red paint around outer edges on the front are spots of green copper oxidization mottled and dirty.
