Framed Calligraphy rectangular Blue ink calligraphy on off-white habutai silk wrapped around a piece of posterboard and glued. Five Chinese characters running horizontally ink has bled into the silk creating a shadow effect. Inner red paper mat two matboard spacers at each end. Wood frame painted black two screweyes at top for hanging speckled with white paint. Condition: Red mat has bled onto the silk from previous moisture. Original cardboard back which was covered in soot has been replaced with acid-free board.
