Folding Fan purchased in Japan White plastic outer ribs sandalwood spokes which are narrow on the upper half and wider with a pierced design on the lower half transparent cloth is glued to upper spokes; design painted with a red background and branches of pinks in two groups flowers are pink and white and black and white dark leaves and flowers are accented by sparkles; silver foil top edge; pink tassles with chinese knots are strung through metal loop.
