Dai Base

Bamboo Dai Base used under Ikebana Flower Arrangement Fourteen pieces of bamboo 21.5 " long layed side by side in two groups of seven one group is offset by 2.25" and held together by wire threaded through each bamboo stalk in two places near the ends of the base. Two and three strands of vine or root is laid over the connecting wires and the bamboo pieces and looped around each piece to hold the base in place. The bamboo is dark brown - . On the bottom written in pen is "Uno". Made in Japan.
