Holder with screw used to hold a mini kenzan flower holder. Black painted heavy metal cup shaped vessel flared top flat bottom black painted Phillips head screw inserted through hole in bottom so that it can be fastened to wood. A mini kenzan could be set inside to hold flowers and the vessel would be filled with water.
