Frawell or Pyrrosia petiolosa (Christ) Ching (family Polypodiaceae). 1. as febrifuge diuretic and lithagogue for acute infections of the urinary system calculi of the urinary tract and also for nephritic albuminuria. 2. as antitussive and expectorant for chronic bronchitis with cough and profuse phlegm.
