Obi Stiffener

Stiffener for the front of an Obi The support is rectangular shaped with rounded corners and is slightly bowed. It is made from two pieces of cardboard. Stitched together to form a pocket. The front is covered with printed silk. There are brightly colored chrysanthemums daisies and pinwheels. In red ink green yellow orange blue and white. One corner is decorated with silver tortoise shell and cherry blossom designs. The back is covered with white cotton.
