Paneled Skirt

Chinese cotton paneled Skirt Two panels of apple green cotton are overlapped and sewn into a wide white cotton waist band. One panel is made of two sections and the waist band is also pieced. The skirt has a hem and is sewn by machine. At both ends of the waist band a white cotton loops sewn a the center Inserted in one of the loops is a white cotton tie which would hold the skirt in place when wrapped around the body. There is a brown stain on the waist band. There is no decoration.
