Found abandoned in an International District building where clothing for Chinese workers was produced.

Large woman's Chinese style jacket Blue Indigo dyed cotton polished hand sewn 3/4 length dolman sleeves with additions near the wrist different blue mandarin collar with black trim black appliqued bands around neck diagonal front opening black "frogs" at collar and 3 at the side one decorative frog at diagonal opening is made with white petal design with red center and outlined in black cotton and a cloth ball button; black bias trim on sleeve openings. Underlap in front has a shorter curved bottom side splits faced with lighter blue material. Narrow hem with a slight curve
