Record album in paper cover. The front is green paper with light and dark sides and a central hole. At the top is "33 1/3 New Voice" Chinese title on the left side. At the bottom is "HiFi" and "Record" On the back is a photo of a Caucasian woman in marimba costume and at the bottom is: "Manufacturer by New Voice Record Coompany Ltd. Lu Kang". The record is black vinyl with a light blue label and dark blue printing. One side of the label is damaged. There is a separate white insert with black Chinese characters.
