Child's hat. Navy blue fabric with baby blue yellow red and turqouise embroidery. Large red pom poms on top and sides. Six metal beads attatched. Plastic seed-bead string chin strap attached. Paper note sewn to the interior says: "Southeast Asian Design is a cooperative of artisans from the mountains of Laos. The Mien are famed for thier intricate and varied embroidery. The Hmong masters of applique demonstrate the hilltribes love of color motion and optical illusion.
