This certificate was awarded at the Separation Center Fort Lewis Washington on March 10 1946. The discharge paper provides biographical data and information about his military service such as occupation pay and tours. It was signed by Lieutenant Colonel J. Willard Wagner and Major H. M. Sebastian.
