Description
The newsletter is formed of 4 sheets of paper printed in green frony and back to form 8 pages the last 2 of which are written in Chinese. Each sheet measures 8 1/2 x 14" and all 4 are stapled together in the upper left corner and folded 3 1/8" up from the bottom. The newsletter is entitled the "Seattle Chinese Community Newsletter" and is the August 1961 Edition Vol. 1 No.4. Wing Luke is mentioned on page 4 as an advisor to the newsletter.
