The top of the larger column on the left has a short article entitled "Wing Luke City Councilman." It quotes a comment made by Wing Luke at the annual seminar of the Attorney-General's Office regarding "the American story." The article is accompanied by a photograph of Wing Luke portrait-style 3/4 view bust-length.
