The paper measures 8 1/2" x 11" has been folded into thirds and has an envelope flap adhered to the top of its back side. 1992.064.066B is the accompanying envelope measuring 4 1/8 " x 9 1/2." It is addressed to Wing Luke with a return address of the student Y.M.C.A. and student Y.W.C.A. Pacific Southwest Region in Los Angeles CA. It has a red 2-cent stamp and is postmarked February 18 1949 Los Angeles CA.
