Ironwork all one piece. The blade has no hilt but has narrow shaft at top which may have fitted into a wooden hilt. Blade is tapered double-edged beveled all around. Ornamented by two sharp curved points flanking shaft for handle.
Sole is constructed with a woven straw base covered with white cotton. The uppers are black cotton with multi-colored embroidery on toe. Chinese lily style.
