Beverages Exhibit Oral History Interview Dionnie Dionisio is working with a community of farmers in the Philippines to help them develop more stability when their coffee plants are not being harvested. He talks about his personal background, how he started working with the local community and studying coffee production, and what this experience has been like and what his hopes are. Dionnie also talks a bit about the history of coffee production in the Philippines and also about the culture of the indigenous Aeta community he works with.
