Printed in the white border around the photographs is a circle logo with a photographer and camera silhouette and "Photo by Elmer Ogawa". Judging from the narrow width of the men's ties and the cat-eye eyeglasses worn by the mayor's wife, this photo must have been taken sometime in the 1960's.
