Fan

Round fan with a natural color bamboo frame and off white paper background with red circles with ragged edges painted on about half of the fan. There are Japanese characters written on the back with a phone number in black ink. The fan is edged in silver paper binding. Dark blue paper tabs stabilize the edge where the frame meets the paper. A light green thread is woven at the bottom of the paper through the spokes with the ends dangling on both ends. DAMAGE: Paper is torn in several places & one dark blue tab is missing
